Professor Elizabeth Opara

Professor Elizabeth Opara is Head of the School of Human Sciences at London Metropolitan University. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biochemistry from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a DPhil in Biochemistry (Nutritional Biochemistry) from the University of Oxford, with expertise in biochemistry and nutritional sciences.
