The Rehabilitation Therapy 4+0 Undergraduate Programme at the London Met Health Institute, Xi'an Medical University combines the strengths of rehabilitation education at both partner institutions. Established in 2017, the Rehabilitation Therapy programme at Xi'an Medical University is a university-level key supported and first-class programme, supported by experienced faculty and clinical training bases at more than ten tertiary and specialist rehabilitation hospitals to develop students' practical clinical skills. The Physiotherapy programme at London Metropolitan University is accredited by both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). With extensive placement opportunities across the National Health Service (NHS) and private rehabilitation providers, it focuses on musculoskeletal injuries and age-related functional rehabilitation while aligning with international professional standards. By integrating the curricula and practical training resources of both institutions, the programme prepares graduates with strong professional competence, global perspectives, and competitive pathways for further study and career development in China and abroad.
